Yin graduated from Nanjing Tech University, now he is the General Manager of Chunhui Company, the director of the 6th council of the Glass Fiber Branch of The Chinese Ceramic Society, a member of the Optoelectronics Committee of The Jiangsu Laser Optical Engineering Society, a member of the Professional Committee of Hemotherapy Engineering of The Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, a member of The China Optics Optoelectronics Manufacturers Association, a member of The China Optical Instrument Association.

   General Manager Yin is engaged in the research of optical fiber production technology polymer optical materials.

Yin completed more than 20 scientific research projects above the college level, served as the leader of 8 projects. The project has won 2 provincial awards 4 municipal awards. Yin has been awarded as "Advanced Individual of Subordinate Scientific Research Institutes Serving Local Economic Construction in Jiangsu Province", "Cultivation Object of Jiangsu Province's 333 Cross-Century Academic Technical Leader Training Project" "Nanjing Youngdle-aged Industry Technology Academic Leader".

1. 1991, " Pure Silica Optical Fiber - Laser Light Source High Efficiency Fast Coupling Connection ", the 2nd Prize of Nanjing Science Technology Progress Award.

3. 2004, "Disposable Medical Fiber Optic Needle Technology", the 2nd Prize of National Building Materials Science Technology Progress Award for Technical Invention.

4. 2004, "Variable Core Diameter Optical Fiber", the 3rd prize of Nanjing Science Technology Progress Award.

5. 2011, "Silica optical fiber series products", the 3rd prize of technological innovation in the building materials industry.
